THAI STEp 1
This is our real basic group. This class is for everyone. You don't need to know any basics about the sport. We learn the basic techniques and build up a base of knowledge for further development in our more advanced groups. There is no sparring in these classes.
Thai step 2
This class is for you that might have trained Muay Thai or other martial art form at another gym before. maybe you haven't tried sparring either. The class continues to repeat the basic techniques within muay thai and deepens in the way that Slagskeppet performs them. We work on timing- and sparring exercises and learn to understand the importance of distance and balance. We start to sparr.
At this level you are sparring full fletch. Maybe you are one of our former fighters and are now just training to be in shape or for the fun of it. Or perhaps you are one of our up-and-coming fighters that are aiming for the fightingclass.
Eventually you are already a member of our elite or pre elite group and use these sessions as one of your "extra" training sessions.
For all levels
This is the class for you who wants to train with the head coach, but you're not yet ready for the elite group. The session is open to all levels and also to those that usually follow our evening classes. You don't need to book this class - it's just to drop in if you happen to be free at lunch time.
